Action Heating and Cooling LLC services Northwest Arkansas. We are a family owned and operated HVAC contractor, offering many years quality service, experience and customer satisfaction.

Owners Tony & Elaina Wilkie started the business in September of 2008. Tony has experience working the the heating and air trade since 1998. Elaina is the company office manager. They have 3 sons and 2 daughters and 2 of their sons also work in the family business.

We offer furnace and air conditioner installation, repair and maintenance.As Amana and Lennox dealers, we offer high quality HVAC products with the best warranties in the industry.

We have 5 employees on staff. Elaina is our office manager and co-owner Tony serves as a service technician. We have 3 additional service technicians, David, Justin and Logan. We have over 65 years combined experience.

Great service and wonderful team to work with. Our upstairs AC stopped blowing cold air and our home warranty company (AHS) gave us the runaround for more than 3 months during the hottest summer months. The unit was very small and in a tight space so a small coil was needed. The original company told us that there was not a coil that size available any longer and we would need to lay down the unit. Of course AHS wouldn’t pay for that and it would be thousands out of pocket. We called 3 other AC companies and all but Action told us we would need to spend thousands to lay down the unit. Action said they believed they could get a coil that would fit. They ordered the part and within a week had our unit repaired and blowing cold air. Tony and his team were very professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They went the extra mile to help us get the correct part when everyone else said it couldn’t be done. I only wish we had called them sooner.

Great service. They responded promptly and they are honest. Our home warranty gave us a different company at first, who never called us or our home warranty company back. We have used Action Heating and Cooling twice now and have not been disappointed. We will definitely use them again if need be.

I called Tony at Action requesting immediate service on a Friday afternoon since our A/C was out in 95 degree weather and I have a baby in the home. He was very honest that it would be hard to fit us in but that he would try his best. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. Action was able to send someone within the hour and the unit was repaired within 30 minutes of the tech arriving. I couldn't recommend this company enough! Thanks again for keeping my family out of a hotel for the weekend!
